Frinton Beach, Essex - My family used to go to Frinton for a break every year. We would build the sand up as high as we could be bothered and would jump off the side into the sand until we hurt ourselves. I would still do it now, but it takes me longer to heal. I love the colours and the smell. Oh and Frinton beach is just glorious, and only a couple of hours from the city of London

Mountnessing Windmill, Essex - Mountnessing Windmill, is funnily enough in Mountnessing, between Brentwood and Ingatestone. It was built in 1807 and according to wikipedia, a windmill has been on this site since 1477. Woah. I love the colours of this sky.

3 Boats and two trees - When the tide is out in the the Thames estuary, it reveals all sorts from above. This is a drone shot over 3 Boats off Two tree Island in Essex.
