Audley End, Saffron Walden, Essex - Audley End is in Saffron Waldon, Essex and is renowned as one of the finest Jacobean houses in England. It really is super grand and I do recommend a day out to hang out in the house and gardens. There is a nice cafe too. For me, walking around the grounds gave the best view and we were lucky to visit on a blue sky day, which does make all the difference.
Heybridge Basin, Essex - I can tell you that seagulls do not like drones. I made this image over the Heybridge Basin at sunrise. I was fairly far out over the water and a seagull showed some interest, which is always unnerving when making aerial images. Anyways, I flew up and away and the seagull dissapeared. I carried on making my images and the seagull came back, with friends. Wowsers, they all ganged up on my drone making it very difficult for me so I had to come bring it down. I did so, and packed away and the seagulls would not leave me alone. Crazy eh.
