A misty cuppa on Two Tree Island

2pm, Tuesday the 20th on Two Tree Island was the moment that my good buddy / photography partner in crime / fellow VW Camper enthusiast, John and I were to finally meet up, have a cuppa and make some pictures. You really could not have asked for better weather. Beautiful blue skies and then fog so thick you could not see in front of your face. Perfect for making some images.

I got there at 2:02, John and Abby were already there, the sky had this thickness about it with a beautiful blue hue, somewhere in the distance.

We could see the fog rolling in and so started making some pictures.

Then the fog covered the end of the jetty, John jumped up in excitement and was off to see, or not see, what was going on. This made for a great scene for myself having the boat in the foreground with John and Abby bounding along in the background.

The mist started to clear a bit and see, told you he was there.

Hi again Emma, this boat proved to be my model for the day. My goodness the light was just so good and look, she didnt blink or move at all.

Probably my favourite shot of the year so far. Sometimes things just work out. I love the colours and the mist. Let me know what you think on this one !
